Job Title: PCA | Dietary Aide | Universal Worker

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday

The Lowell Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable PCA | Dietary Aide | Universal Worker to join our team. This unique role combines food service responsibilities with personal care support, ensuring our participants receive nutritious meals and the respectful, hands-on care they deserve.
In the Day Center:
- Assist participants with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
- Support mobility and use of assistive devices.
- Escort participants to activities and appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in participant condition.
- Help with recreation and physical activities.
- Assist participants entering and exiting transportation vehicles
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver meals based on dietary needs.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dish room areas.
- Stock pantries and manage food inventory.
- Ensure food safety and complete required logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with elderly or frail populations.
- Food service experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
