We do our work through nurturing relationships with our clients\, collaboration with community partners and center-based activities and services. We are committed to providing resources to anyone over 60 with a particular emphasis on serving those with physical\, social or economic needs.\n	\n	\n	We have centers in Grand Rapids\, Grandville\, Lowell\, Sparta and Walker and a dedicated team of staff members who work one on one with our clients to access services including but not limited to social and wellness activities at our centers and surrounding communities\, technology training\, home chore assistance\,  transportation\, Medicare/Medicaid counseling and more.  \n	\n	\n	Anyone over 60 who lives in Kent County is eligible to participate in our services.
