Chamber Members are invited to nominate a business of their choice for the awards listed below. After the nominations are submitted\, the Chamber Board of Directors will choose the final recipients. Awards will be presented at the Membership Annual Gathering in February. \n\n \n\nYour award nominations must be detailed. See below for the provided form links. Awards cannot be awarded twice. The business must demonstrate the following qualities and be a Chamber member:\n\n\n	Business must demonstrate the ability to improve the economic base within the Greater Lowell Community\n	New business or a new venture of an existing business within the Greater Lowell Community\n\nClick here to download the New Business nomination form.\n\n \n\nPERSON OF THE YEAR AWARD\n\nPerson of the Year Award   Chosen by the Selection Committee consisting of the last 5 award recipients from nominations submitted:\n\n\n	Over time\, the candidate has freely donated considerable time to the community\, school district\, church\, or humanity.  This is over and above the demands of their regular profession\n	The community is a better place in which to live because of the efforts of the candidate\n	The candidate positively promotes the community in both word and action\n	The candidate possesses new and innovative ideas that benefit the community\n	The candidate cannot be a Chamber Board/Foundation Board member at the time of nomination \n\n\nClick here to download the Person of the Year nomination form.\n\nNomination forms are due by Monday\, January 5\, 2026.
