The LoWellness Health Initiative marks the first time in Michigan that an independent community has funded a local, comprehensive survey for the sole purpose of improving the health of its residents.
Thanks to a grant from the Lowell Area Community Fund we contracted with the
Community Research Institute at GVSU to design a survey that would identify health needs and barriers to better health for those who live in the Lowell community.
